Kloepfel Benelux joins forces with AB&C Group

As of 1 May 2024, Kloepfel Benelux will become part of the AB&C Group as a new strategic initiative after integrating AB&C Group into EPSA. This development will further promote cooperation and synergy between Kloepfel Benelux and the group's companies to strengthen services in the Netherlands.

AB&C Group, known for its leadership in purchasing and contract management, offers services in the areas of interim management, cost optimization and transformation projects. Joining forces with Kloepfel Benelux and Procurement Services will strengthen the group's proposition in cost optimization and spend management and also expand the market reach. The partnership also includes current AB&C companies such as AevesBenefit, the NIC, ProQure, Procumulator, and thus forms an extensive network that provides integrated purchasing solutions.

Robin van Zijtveld becomes Managing Director and supervises Proqure, Procumulator, Procumulator, Procurement Services and Kloepfel Benelux. Peter Smit will remain as director of Kloepfel Benelux. This rearrangement brings Kloepfel Benelux's strengths primarily in the field of direct material procurement, such as metals, plastics, electronics and hydraulics, together with the expertise in the field of Non-Product Related (NPR) purchasing of the other companies.

This synergy also strengthens the Kloepfel Group's presence in the Netherlands. The Kloepfel Group, based in Germany, remains committed to leading the industry in cost savings, technical sourcing, and cost engineering. Kloepfel Benelux, as an integral part of the Kloepfel Group, will continue to adhere to best practices and provide added value to customers.
